Shah Zamir's Personal Webpage

I am a sixth year Ph.D. candidate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln working under the supervision of Dr. Alexandra Seceleanu. I am currently on the job market (2024-2025). I completed my Master's at the University of Minnesota Duluth under the supervision of Dr. Joe Gallian. My research interests are in commutative algebra and classical algebraic geometry, specifically computational/combinatorial aspects of both. I am also interested in cross-sections of humanities and mathematics (see this talk). In my free time I enjoy weightlifting, reading about national politics, fiction/magical realism and cooking.
