About Me

I am a fifth-year math Ph.D. student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln working under the supervision of Dr. Alexandra Seceleanu. My research interests are in commutative algebra, specifically computational/combinatorial commutative algebra and algebraic geometry. See my research tab for more info. Last year, I read Lectures in Invariant theory by Igor Dolgachev. Currently I am working on computing the hilbert function of certain ideals and their symoblic powers arising from a specific combinatorial configuration. I completed my Master's at the University of Minnesota Duluth under the supervision of Dr. Joe Gallian. I am also interested in cross-sections of humanities and mathematics (see my Research page and this talk). In my free time I enjoy weightlifting.
